Pet Policy

Located on a sun-kissed island off the coast of Abu Dhabi, Al Maya Island & Resort warmly welcomes pets for both day visits and staycations.

Guests can relax and enjoy quality time with their pets in our designated outdoor areas and the pet-friendly zone at Al Maya Restaurant. Kindly ensure that your pet’s vaccination booklet is presented upon registration.

Please note that pets are not permitted in the swimming pool areas, kids’ play areas, and certain lawn spaces. These measures are in place to ensure the comfort of all guests and to protect the island’s natural habitat, home to gazelles and other wildlife.

Terms & Conditions

– Pets are welcome in Al Maya Island & Resort only in pet-designated areas.

Up to date vaccine booklet must present at the Al Maya Jetty up on registering your pet.

– Pets must be kept on a leash and attended at all times.

– We request our guests to keep their pets out of the swimming pool area.

– Guests are asked to pick up after their pets when on resort grounds.

– Fee: AED 50 per pet (day use only). Pet charges for staycation please reach out to our reception.
