The iconic American rock group, Guns N’ Roses, is set to take the stage at Etihad Arena, located in Yas Bay, Abu Dhabi. Kicking off their five-month world tour in Abu Dhabi, the band will then head to other global destinations. The festival commemorates the Quranic story of the Prophet Ibrahim’s willingness to sacrifice his son, Ismail, as a test of his faith. This time of year is particularly special in the UAE due to the six-day break that workers receive, resulting in joyous and extended celebrations. Fontana Circus - April to July 2023
Get ready for a mesmerizing spectacle of water and light as the Fontana water circus makes its anticipated debut in Abu Dhabi! After its successful run at Dubai’s Festival City in 2022, the traveling circus is set to stun audiences at Marina Mall from 18 April to 2 July 2023, except for Mondays and Tuesdays.
This live entertainment extravaganza is presented by the Lebanese troupe, Cirque Du Liban. Expect to be dazzled by their stunning aerialists, thrilling tricks, enchanting dancers, and the captivating centerpiece – the Dancing Musical Fountain. The performance timings will vary. For the first few days at the end of Ramadan, there will be a single show at 9:00 PM. Over Eid, audiences will be treated to three daily shows at 4:00 PM, 7:00 PM, and 9:30 PM. Thereafter, Wednesdays will feature a 9:00 PM show, and Thursdays to Sundays will host two shows at 4:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Fontana Abu Dhabi promises an aquatic extravaganza with gravity-defying acts, mind-blowing illusions, comedy, dancers, water jets with special effects, and more inside a state-of-the-art aquatic theatre. The final performance will occur on 2 July 2023, marking the end of this leg of the UAE tour.
